Presentation of the Book by Alexey Cherepukhin " Alternative Dispute Resolution"

The word combination "System of Alternative Dispute Resolution" (ADR) means that there is a complex of mechanisms of the contradiction settlement that in many cases can substitute by itself the existing methods of dispute resolution because of its efficiency and flexibility. The ADR system uses all the best that was worked out by the mankind to overcome different contradictions and disputes leading to the long-lasting and senseless confrontation and loss of reputation, unpredictable consequences and the resource inputs that can be used more efficiently. In many cases the forms of alternative dispute resolution can be prior to the trial as they save time and money, preserve relations and promote quicker dispute resolution. The goal of the present work is to show possibilities of the international social and legal ADR practice. The book is meant for the lawyers, social workers, students and lecturers of the humanitarian higher educational establishments, but it can be interesting as well for everybody who wants to learn more about the dispute resolution.

Presentation of the Collected Trainings of Negotiation Interaction "Play in Order to Win"

The modern development of the social, computer, space and other super technologies moves rapidly and aggressively in the 21st century breaking the customs and habits. Thus appears the necessity to settle various conflicts or disputes until they influence the habitual state of things. But it often falls short of knowledge and skills. It is not difficult to overcome this obstacle or, better to say to change the focus of thoughts and attention directed at the problem solving and to use the techniques are to be learnt as system trainings developing in the permanent action. First of all, it is necessary to come back to the basics of the self-perception and individual creativeness, use the potential of the ego and group work as well as the vast resources of non-formal education because of their simplicity, flexibility and maximal creative personality involvement, internationalism and lack of barriers and popularity throughout the world. The trainings, ideas and methods at the sphere of alternative dispute resolution presented in the given book, meant, first of all, for the people to dive into the playing atmosphere at the same time reflecting subconsciously and consciously imaginable or real conflict situations they either met and that are necessary to be solved.
Thus the fact of the personal participation in the trainings promote the open perception of the new information, and, in this way, the motivation to learn increases as a result of the creativity, the theoretical issues are being adapted to the schemes of the practical work, the concrete individual plans and styles are worked out. During the exercise performed as a "brainstorming" the participants of one group characterized the training as " the movement of perception of the lack of the knowledge towards the new stable skills and communications". Perhaps, one could share this opinion. The participants play in order to win, solving successfully both personal and someone else's conflicts.
The book contains waste practical material for conducting the trainings on alternative dispute resolution. The presented exercises, ideas, situational cases together with the interactive training methods directed at the acquisition of the skills of verbal and non-verbal communication, techniques of the active listening, brainstorming and other as well as at the efficient conducting of negotiation, mediation and facilitation.
